Just a quick note: Castle Builder Extraordinaire, ROBERT PALMER, has Cancer, and because of that we've canceled a few events this year. We are turning the management of the castle over to very sweet industrious and creative couple, Shonna and David Carr. We look forward to introducing you to them very soon and are excited about their wonderful ability to carry on the historical traditions of the Castle, Chateau Charmant, at Castleshire!
We're aiming for every 2nd weekend of the month, to have a unique Castle Event making this historical treasure available to the public on those days...

Dickens Afternoon Tea
Date: March 8, 2025, 4PM A Regal Dickens Style Afternoon Tea with your loved one! Take part in a true English tradition. Enjoy a bridal fashion show and ballroom dancing couple who delight you with their precision… Dine on French pastries… cream cheese and cucumber sandwiches… and piping hot scones with faux clotted cream and strawberries as you sip your true English tea (or herbal alternative)! Perfect Birthday Party, Brides luncheon and more! Adults: $35 ea., Child 4-12 $25. ea. Limited seating.... Must purchase in advance.

The Lost Spanish Treasure Hunt
Date: April 11-12, 2025 Revel in the 1700's life of pirates, mystery and quests for Gold at this family friendly event at a 13th century castle! Renaissance Faire like no other! Search for The Lost Spanish Treasure of Amaro Pargo! (no digging, no metal detectors, remember you're in the 1700's!) By my troth the vendors are great, the foods delicious and the entertainment spectacular!

NarniaDate: May 9-10, 2025
An Immersive event. Bring your friends and family through the wardrobe into the land created by C.S. Lewis. Expect to see iconic Narnia location on the biblical parallels tour and discover historic Narnian items in the museum booth. Team up with your friends to complete quests and earn prizes. Meet the Kings and Queens of Narnia as you participate in fun activities and contests such as the costume contest, sword fighting tournament, and dancing lessons. In between events, snag something to eat at a food vendor and stop to enjoy a live performance. Bring home beautiful mementos from unique vendors or watch a seasoned crafter demonstrate their skills. Whether you are young and old, an active warrior or a studious reader there is something for everyone at the Narnia Faire. |

Kid Kastle WarriorsDate: June 14, 2025; 10 to 6 PM
Join us for a day of non-stop fun and medieval games! Show your endurance, skill and coordination! Challenges start with individual games such as twirling a hat on a stick, stilts, boff a monk, unicorn bag toss, rolling hoop withs tick, spinning a top, barrel riding etc. And group games such as Boules, Snooker, battledore, rounders, curling, shovel board, little shinty colf and shooting a trebuchet! Between events grab some grub at a food vendor. Climb the tower and choose teams with magical names. Make shields and banners for your team! Festival Admission: Adults: $15.00 Senior/Student/Military $12.50 Child (5-12yrs old) $8.00 *Children 4 and under are FREE accompanied by an Adult Canceled, rescheduled for NEXT YEAR! |

Be surprised at this unique event! Could be Shakespeare, Sheridan, a fairy-tale remake such as Rapunzel ~ The True Story, or a historical event re-enacted such as Leonora's Loves'! Each year it will be a new event which will be posted the month before it opens. Limited tickets... join in the fun of experiencing all the new events at the castle! Mystery Masquerade BallDate: Oct. 11, 2025
Time: 7pm- 11pm Come to Chateau Charmant for a Halloween Extravaganza, and join us for an unforgettable night of mystery and fun. The Mystery Masquerade Ball is open to everyone, but space is limited! Arrive dressed in your most elegant attire with your choice of mask! All guests will enjoy a appetizers, music, and dancing.
