For 501C-3 Not for Profit Organization Vendors, there is a fee of $100. (4 days) or $50 (2 days)
Food Vendors $100. (4 Days) or $50. (2 Days)!
Vendors wishing Electricity fee is an additional (only 110 available): $50.

This years faire will be unique. Each weekend will have a different theme...
First, April 12-13, will be The Lost Spanish Treasure Hunt! This is a 1700’s event…all must be in costume! Aye! All Vendors may NOT participate in the hunt for Old Pirate Treasure of Amazro Pargo. This is for your customers who can find the treasure worth $500.! Clues for its whereabouts will be given with admission. Where they can figure them out, find and win the prize! No purchase necessary to participate for this prize (clues can be obtained day of event at the gate.) First to find prize wins. If not found the first day, $500. prize will be searched for the next day.
The 2nd Weekend, April 19-20 will be Narnia Faire with unique quests for all guests to participate in.
Narnia Faire costume and tent decor is required, there are some prohibited items. To learn more please check out the Narnia Faire vendor page.

Each vendors application will be reviewed, and a written acceptance letter will be sent via email. You do not have to be at both weekends to participate, mark which you would prefer or both, 1st or 2nd weekend.

We are excited to extend additional promotional opportunities to our Favorite Festival Businesses.
- Vendors must provide their own flame retardant tent or canopy, tables, and chairs. Up to a 20’ x 30’ tent is considered ONE space
- Storage Containers must be kept out of sight.
- The Event will not be responsible for loss due to weather, theft, etc.
- If items are not listed and approved, may not be sold.
- Your booth must be attended at ALL times, no exceptions.
- We will be open rain or shine
- Any approved food items for sale MUST be prepared in a health department inspected kitchen, with professional packaging and labels listing all the ingredients.
- Limited electricity available for an increased fee
- Event is open Rain or Shine, 10:00am to 7:00pm
- Set Up: Thursday, by appointment only
- Vending areas must be set up no later than 9 AM and vehicles must be off site by 9:30 AM.
- Vehicles will not be allowed back on site until after all clear has been announced by Safety and Security
- Vendors are required for paying their own taxes as required by the Department of Revenue
- Drinking of alcoholic beverages or the use of drugs is strictly prohibited.
- No refunds or exchanges are given if you are unable to attend the event after payment.
- Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing.
- We will provide a temporary Special Event Sales Tax form you may use for paying your collected sales taxes.
- Vendor Agreement If accepted, I agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of Faire Castleshire Festival.
